We adopt a stringent & dynamic subcontractor registration and control system, maintain sound relationships with the well-proven, reputable and professional subcontractors from all over China. We manage and through the construction subcontractors to achieve the project goals. Relying on good management and the ability to procure the best subcontractors, we ensure a high level of service that is responsive to our customers' needs by considering cost and time factors without compromising quality. The Project Construction Division of ECEC incorporates itself early in the design phase and then manages all construction activities to maintain the project at optimum efficiency.

“Safety First” is our philosophy applied in the construction management. Environmental, health and safety engineers of ECEC assist the project team in setting-up a HSE programs, including heath process, weekly safety meetings, inspection and test schedules and procedures, protective equipment evaluations, protective clothing, toxicology, electrical safety, startup audits, and other aspects related to the entire period of construction. For subcontractors, acceptance of ECEC HSE procedures is mandatory. It is believed in ECEC that "Every industrial accident is preventable". By working out the careful procedures and sound training program, ECEC has maintained a very excellent safety record in the past decades.
