ECEC follows the international mode, procedure and practice in the project management and control. For the implementation of a project, a project team shall be organized under the project manager responsibility system and operated in the mode of matrix management of various divisions/departments and project organization. We perform the dynamic and quantitative comprehensive control of the quality, schedule and cost throughout the project execution with the application of “Earned Value Concept”. ECEC has accumulated rich project management experience through successful operation of several EPC projects, established a complete set of project control system documents, formed a project management system with P3 software to control the project schedule and allocate resources based on project network graph. Since 1998, ECEC has applied P3 software in several EPC projects such as Qinhuangdao NPK Compound Fertilizers Project, Fushun MEK Project, Xinjiang Tianli MEK Project, etc.

High-efficiency computer management system makes the project management accurate, fast and attentive to satisfy specific requirements from the customer. The Quality Assurance Department, as an organ of quality control and inspection, operates strictly in accordance with ISO9001 quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of the project awarded to ECEC.
